HOW TO STORE

  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD CAPITALS.

Haddock (Melangrammus aeglefinus) (FISH), Salt.

Cooking Instructions:   Heating guidelines from defrosted: defrost in the fridge overnight.

Once fully defrosted remove from packaging. Gently prise open the fillets and carefully peel away the whole skeleton to remove the bones, flatten out and dot the fillets with a little butter.

Grill: reheat tentatively to be sure you don't overcook them. For best results, heat for approximately 3-3½ minutes under a medium grill.

Microwave (750-800W): prepare the smokie as above, then cover with cling film, pierce and heat for 1½ minutes.

Ensure product is hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
