Hand rolled pork belly, packed with a sweet and fruity stuffing of maple, apricot and apple. Perfect for a decadent centrepiece.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place your roast on a wire rack in a roasting tray.
Pat dry with kitchen paper. Brush the roast with oil and season the rind generously with salt.
Preheat the oven to 240°C / fan 220°C / gas 9.. Roast on the middle shelf of the oven 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4 and continue cooking for 1hour 40 minutes. Turn the tray occasionally whilst cooking.
Remove the roast from the oven, increase the temperature to 240°C / fan 230°C / gas 9.
Add a little water to the tray to prevent smoking and cover the exposed ends of the roast loosely with foil, then return to the hot oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes to finish and crisp the crackling.
Ensure the roast is thoroughly cooked, then rest uncovered in a warm place for at least 20-30 minutes.

- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
