Our naturally slow-grown, corn-fed chicken is succulent and packed full of flavour. A delicious centrepiece that everyone can enjoy. Accompanied by our creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes, tender Green Vegetables with Wild Garlic Butter and sweet Parisian Carrots. And of course, a roast dinner wouldn't be a roast dinner without plenty of steaming hot gravy. Our Traditional Poultry Gravy is handmade to bring out the best of the roast chicken flavour.

Finish your Jubilee celebration meal with our NEW Raspberry Pavlova Cheesecakes. Sweet British raspberries and crunchy meringue pieces on top of our thick double cheesecake  and a crisp biscuit base. An indulgently tasty way to round off your roast dinner.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Potato (52%) (potato, preservative: sodium metabiSULPHITE), dauphinoise sauce (43%) (double cream (MILK), semi skimmed MILK, clotted cream (MILK), onion, butter (MILK, salt), water, garlic purée, modified maize starch (modified starch, stabiliser: acetylated di-starch adipate), salt, rapeseed oil, white pepper, thyme, bay leaf, nutmeg), grana padano cheese (MILK, EGG). Large leaves and stalks may be present.

Raspberry Pavlova Cheesecake
2% fat soft cheese 31% (MILK), sugar, full fat soft cheese 9.9% (MILK), cream (MILK), raspberries 6.7%, biscuit crumb:(plain & wholemeal WHEAT flour (fortified with ascorbic acid (C), calcium, iron, thiamin (B1) & niacin (B3), sugar, vegetable oil (RSPO certified palm & rapeseed), EGG, baking powder)), EGG, MILK, water, modified tapioca starch, EGG white, vegetable fat (RSPO certified palm & rapeseed), butter (MILK), meringue 0.4% (EGG), modified starch from waxy maize, citric acid, guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum.

Nutritional Information
 

Cooking Instructions:   Free-range Corn-fed Whole Chicken Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Remove the chicken from packaging, pat dry with kitchen paper and allow to come to room temperature, this is for even cooking.

Preheat the oven to 230°C / fan 210°C / gas 8, season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Place chicken in a roasting tray and cook for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4 and cook for a further 12-15 minutes per 450g.

Once cooked rest in a warm place until ready to serve.

Do not reheat once cooked. Dauphinoise Potatoes Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove film.

Place tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 42-45 minutes.

Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Green Vegetables with Wild Garlic Butter Cooking guidelines from frozen (based on 750-800W microwave): pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes.

Peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Parisian Carrots Cooking guidelines from frozen: prepare as you would for fresh vegetables with reduced cooking time.

Heat a little water in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the carrots to the pan.

Cook over a medium heat until slightly tender. Add a knob of butter and a pinch of sugar, honey or maple syrup to the pan, cook until tender but still slightly crisp.

Stir occasionally, top up the water and reduce heat if necessary.

Not suitable for oven cooking

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Traditional Poultry Gravy Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: decant contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until piping hot, serve immediately.

Microwave (based on 900W): decant contents into a microwaveable dish, cover loosely and cook for 6 minutes. Stir well and serve immediately.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Raspberry Pavlova Cheesecake Defrost in the packaging in the fridge for 12 to 14 hours, or at room temperature for 2 hours.

Remove outer film and carefully place the cheesecake, still in its ring, onto a cold plate. Using a knife or small spatula loosen the cheesecake from the ring by sliding the knife inside the ring around the cheesecake.

Carefully open and remove the ring. Serve with your favourite accompaniment.

Please note: if you prefer, you can serve this when it is still slightly frozen, for a delicious 'semifreddo' effect.

Serving suggestions: serve cold with fresh berries, ice cream or sorbet, pouring cream & fresh mint leaves.
