Cooking Instructions:
Pork Loin Steak
Allow the meat to come to room temperature then season with salt and pepper.
Preheat a large frying pan, add oil and sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes without touching.
Turn the pork chops over and continue cooking for a further 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and leave to rest, covered with foil for 5 minutes. Pineapple & Green Peppercorn Glaze Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Hob: decant contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Microwave (based on 900W): decant contents into a microwavable dish, cover loosely and cook for 1 minutes 15 seconds until piping hot. Stir well and serve immediately.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
