HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Sausage roll filling (61%). Sausagemeat (80%) (pork (80%, water, rusk (WHEAT flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate), seasoning (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, spices (white pepper, nutmeg), spice extracts, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate)), smoked streaky bacon (15%) (pork (86%), water, salt, preservatives: sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate), dried cranberries (sugar, cranberries (44%), sunflower oil), cranberry sauce (sugar, cranberries, water, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Puff pastry (39%). WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, margarine (palm (RSPO) and rapeseed oil, water, salt), butter (MILK), salt.
Cooking guidelines:
Remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Space out generously and brush pastry with a beaten egg yolk or double cream.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6.
From defrosted:
For 23-25 minutes
From frozen:
For 30-35 minutes
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
