HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

whole camembert (57%) (pasteurised cow's MILK, salt, animal rennet, starter culture, mould culture, calcium chloride), WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), unsalted butter (MILK), water, cranberries, bramley apple, caster sugar, diced onion, white wine vinegar, free range liquid EGG, orange juice (orange juice from concentrate), apricots (dried apricots, rice flour, preservative (SULPHUR DIOXIDE)), sultanas (sultanas, cottonseed oil), malt vinegar (GLUTEN), granulated sugar, molasses sugar, rapeseed oil (anti-foaming agent polydimethylsiloxane)), salt, lemon juice (SULPHITES), garlic, ginger, cracked black pepper, cinnamon, iqf thyme. May also contain nuts.

Cooking Instructions:   Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat the oven with a flat baking tray inside to 190°C fan / gas 6. Remove packaging.

Lightly oil the preheated tray then carefully place the Camembert on it. Return it to the centre of your oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Do not reheat once cooked.
