A succulent roast ready to put straight in your oven. With the flavours of juicy turkey, pork and bacon all packed full of flavour, this is a true winner.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
Cooking Instructions:  

Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 48 hours before cooking.
Remove the defrosted turkey from the fridge one hour before cooking. Pre-heat the oven to 190 C / 170 C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging, weigh and place turkey in a roasting tray, season and cover loosely with foil. Roast for 50 minutes per kilo, basting occasionally. 20 Minutes before the end, remove foil and return to the oven until the juices at the thickest part run clear, or the centre reaches 72 C. Allow to rest at room temperature, loosely covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Relax, carve and enjoy! Please note these are guidelines only and you should refer to your oven manual.
