COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 200C / 180C fan / gas 6.
Remove all packaging, and quickly rinse the salmon in cold water, pat dry.
Line a large shallow baking tray with baking parchment or foil. Brush the salmon skin with oil and place it, skin-side down, on the lined tray.
Brush the salmon with melted butter and season as desired.
Cook uncovered on the middle shelf of the oven for 35-40 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through, use the point of a knife to ensure the fish is cooked and flakes easily.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
