Expertly curated by our in house Chef, this bundle of meals is perfect for stocking up the freezer. Providing you with high-quality meals with maximum flavour and minimum fuss, this bundle contains our customer favourite Lasagne, made with premium beef steak and pork mince, slow-cooked in a tomato and red wine sauce. Continuing the Italian theme there is also a portion of our wonderful Spaghetti Bolognese. Next is our decadent Cod & Parsley Sauce Fish Cakes, and Salmon and Champagne en Croûte. Our salmon en croûte is a rich, butter pastry generously filled with Scottish salmon, king prawns, smoked salmon and a creamy Champagne sauce. Finishing off the menu is our Chicken and Leek Pie that is packed with hearty comforting flavours. Made from tender pieces of British chicken cooked with onions and leeks in a thick, creamy, wholegrain mustard sauce then generously filled by hand into a delicate shortcrust pastry and topped with a fine layer of crisp puff pastry. Lasagne
This product is not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove film and place it, still in its black tray, on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 until piping hot for:
From defrosted: 30-35 minutes
From frozen: 50-55 minutes

Spaghetti Bolognese
Microwave: based on 800 watt.
Pierce film and cook until piping hot for 5 minutes.
Carefully stir product, replace film and cook for a further

from defrosted: 2 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Oven: Pierce film and cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6
from frozen: 40-45 minutes
from defrosted: 30-35 minutes.
Stir, leave it to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Cod & Parsley Sauce Fish Cakes
For best results cook from frozen in the oven.
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray.
Cook in the middle of the oven for 32-34 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Salmon & Champagne en Croûte
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Remove all packaging.
Preheat oven with a baking tray to 200°C / fan 180°C Fan/ gas 6.
Place the product onto the tray with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg to glaze, then place the tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 38-40 minutes.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Chicken & Leek Pie
Cooking guidelines from frozen. Remove pie from outer packaging but leave the pie within the foil.
Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 180°C fan / Gas 6.
Place the pie onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 50-55 minutes.
If the pastry has a rich deep colour before the cooking time is complete, cover loosely with foil and continue to cook until piping hot.
Remove from oven and allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
