Product description
A chunky fillet of delicately flavoured cod in a light, crispy, golden beer batter. Serve with tartare sauce, a wedge of lemon, and thick-cut chips for a classic meal.
Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results cook from frozen in the oven.
Preheat oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7.
Remove all packaging. Place cod fillet on a wire rack with a baking tray below.
Cook in the middle of the oven for 30-34 minutes.
Please ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
