Our Chef's recipe takes our succulent grass-fed British beef and combines it with a mix of herbs and spices for a delicious alternative to our classic Lamb Koftas. With the right amount of spice to leave you wanting more without being too much, these are an excellent choice for all the family.
Perfect for a barbecue on a sunny day or to bring a taste of sunshine to a rainy day!
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:Carefully remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes prior to cooking.
Pan fry: preheat a heavy based frying pan or ridged griddle pan, to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas.
Cook the koftas for 8-9 minutes, turning frequently so you don't burn the spices.
Grill: remove the wooden skewers prior to cooking. Preheat the grill on a high temperature, brush a little oil directly onto the koftas.
Place them on a baking sheet and cook on the middle shelf for 8-9 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
