Product description

The corn-fed diet of this free-range chicken gives it a golden tint and deep, natural flavour. Delicious served with our Dauphinoise Potatoes.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
Cooking Instructions:  

Defrost the chicken throughly before cooking.

Bring the meat to room temperature for 15 minutes prior to cooking.

Remove the chicken from the packaging an pat dry with kitchen paper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°C / Gas 6.
Heat a frying or griddle pan to a high temperature and add a little olive oil, alternatively brush oil directly onto chicken. Sear the chicken on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a roasting tin and cook uncovered in the oven for 12-14 minutes. Leave the meat to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes.
