Product description

The classic flavours of Christmas in a juicy, festive chipolata. Handmade in Aberdeenshire.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Pork sausage meat (80%), (pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate), streaky bacon (12%) (pork belly, water, salt, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite), cranberries (sugar, cranberries, sunflower oil), cranberry sauce (sugar, cranberries, cranberry puree, water). Filled into sheep casings.

Cooking Instructions:   Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 6½-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure the product is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
