Product description

A hand rolled roast full of juicy pork belly and light, fruity stuffing with plenty of crispy crackling on top. This generously sized roast is a real stunner!

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
Cooking Instructions:   Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Allow the meat to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Brush the roast with olive oil and season the rind with sea salt. Preheat the oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4.
Place your roast on a wire rack in a roasting tray. Roast the meat in the oven for -

From frozen: 180-185 minutes
From defrosted: 150-155 minutes

Turn the tray occasionally whilst cooking, carefully cover the bottom of the tray with water to prevent smoking.
Then increase the temperature to 250°C / fan 230°C / gas 9 and cook for a further 20-30 minutes to finish and crisp the crackling.
Ensure the roast is thoroughly cooked, then rest uncovered in a warm place for at least 20-30 minutes.
