Rich chestnuts and minced turkey make a flavoursome filling for these neat guinea fowl parcels, barded with streaky bacon.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
Cooking Instructions:   Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Cook in a preheated oven at 210°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:

20 Í 23 minutes from defrosted
40 Í 43 minutes from frozen.

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Remove string to serve.
