HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Mincemeat 40% (Sugar, vine fruits in varying proportions (sultanas, raisins with glazing agent (cotton oil, sunflower oil)), apples, apple puree, water, vegetable suet (palm oil (rspo), sunflower oil, rice flour), starch, cut mixed peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), mixed spice (coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, fennel, nutmeg), acetic acid, colour (Caramel), preservative (Potassium Sorbate ), flavour (cinnamon))
Pastry 60% WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (MILK), sugar, palm oil (rspo), rapeseed oil, water, salt, flavourings. May also contain eggs and soya.
Heating guidelines from defrosted
To thaw the mince pies remove them from the packaging and stand on a wire rack at room temperature for an hour.
Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place pies on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 6 - 8 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Dust lightly with icing sugar before serving.
