Our classic Beef Wellington with the addition of Scottish Speyside haggis. This gives it a rich, earthy flavour which adds a whole new dimension to the flavour.

Cooking Instructions:
Beef Wellington with Haggis
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Remove the outer packaging, leave on the baking paper and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside: 230°C / fan 220°C / gas 9.
Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg and cream.
Lightly oil the preheated tray. Remove the baking paper, place the Wellington onto the baking tray and cook for:
Medium: 18-19 minutes
Well done: 24 -25 minutes
Remove from the oven, and rest for 10-12 minutes before serving.
