Product description

Fire up your grill this summer, and have a barbecue to remember with our specially selected grill selection. From Premium steaks and burgers, to juicy Butcher's sausages, you are sure to bring the flavour to your next barbecue. 

Cooking Instructions:   Marinated Pork Shoulder Steaks Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove Steaks from packaging. Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan.
Add a little oil to the pan or brush oil directly onto the steaks to avoid using too much.
Place steaks into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without touching.
Turn your steaks and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Remove steaks from the pan.
Place steaks on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Thin Cut Sirloin Steak From defrosted remove the steak from its packaging,and sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Preheat a large heavy based frying pan over a high heat.
Pat the steak lightly with kitchen paper, then brush with oil.
Cook to your liking following the recommended times.

Rare: 1 minute, turning only once, rest for 2-3 minutes
Medium: 1½ minutes turning only once, rest for 2-3 minutes
Well Done: 3 minutes turning only once, rest for 1-2 minute

Remove from the pan, keep warm and leave to rest for the recommended time. Pork Sausages Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add the sausages to simmering water for

10 minutes from defrosted 
20 minutes from frozen 

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, BBQ or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:

Pan fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 14-18 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption. Seasoned Beef Burgers From defrosted about 20 minutes before cooking, remove the burgers from the packaging and allow them to come to room temperature.
Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature.
Brush each side of the burger with a little oil. Cook the burgers for 5 minutes per side, turning only once.
Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.
Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption. Pork & Apple Burgers From defrosted about 20 minutes before you start cooking, remove the defrosted burgers from the packaging.
This will allow the burgers to 'bloom' and come to room temperature.
Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a high temperature.
Brush each side of the burger with a little oil. Cook burgers for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally (don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out).
Remove the burgers from the pan, grill or BBQ and place on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
