Cooking Instructions:
Gammon Steaks
From defrosted remove steaks from the packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper, allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat a heavy based frying pan on a medium to high setting. Add a little oil to the pan.
Place steaks into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes turning once.
Remove steaks from the pan and allow to rest somewhere warm for at 2-3 minutes before serving.
