The traditional, old-fashioned pork spare rib. Perfect for marinating and roasting or barbecuing at home - slice between the bones first or leave the rack whole.
Cooking Instructions:
Pork Belly Spare Ribs
For best results, cook from defrosted.
Leave the spare ribs in their bag at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to roasting, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove rack from packaging and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C/ Fan 190°C/ Gas 6 for:
40 - 45 minutes from defrosted
55 - 60 minutes from frozen
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
