Cooking Instructions:   Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Remove the Wellingtons from packaging. Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg yolk and a spot of cream.

Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper. Lightly oil the preheated tray. Place on the Wellingtons, spacing them out to allow an even cook.

Cook in the centre of the oven for 11-12 minutes. Remove from the oven rest for 1-2 minutes and serve.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Carefully place each brownie, still in its ring, onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 14-18 minutes. Remove from the oven. Carefully transfer the brownie, still in its ring onto a plate using a spatula, as the ring doesn't have a bottom. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes. Using a knife, loosen the brownie from its ring.

Carefully open and remove the ring and finish with your favourite accompaniment.
